I'm a little late in the game but I saw Whip It yesterday and absolutely loved it. Makes me want to dig out my skate and kick some butt!!

I REALLY want to see that, but, I don't go to the theater ever. Not only does it cost more than I can stand paying just to watch a movie, but its uncomfortable, I'm not allowed to talk, I can't stand the sound of everyone eating, and I'd much rather watch it in the comfort of my own home, in pajamas, hehe. So DANGIT, I have to wait forever to watch it. But Transformers 2 comes out on DVD soon, so thats nice :)
Ok that and I can't find a babysitter. Haha.

Look at those little birdy legs- they wouldn't last 2 minutes on the rollerderby ring!
I'm going the bitter indie chick route on this one- it looks very cute, but I've been a fan of the derby for ages (keep meaning to actually join a team) and now my mind is all 'maaaan...I hope this doesn't make derby mainstream....'
I am so terrible. :D
